L’Entrecôte

L’Entrecôte – is a French Bistro in St Germain des Pres in Paris. This photograph of the three waitresses was taken by Wilfrid Moulin and is showing a team-building moment at the end of the day shift. After this shift, they empty the restaurant and have a nap inside the closed restaurant, before the start of the evening shift.
