The Gallery
Welcome to The Cow Artworks, established in 2004 and situated in Parkhurst, Gauteng. Our mission, then as today, was to promote affordable, high-quality art specializing in photography.
The gallery specializes in fine art black and white photography from both national and international photographers, whose images are sold exclusively by us. We have a track record of over 16 years supplying art to corporates, private homes, restaurants and hotels.
One of our major achievements has been to establish photography within a wide viewing public, making it more popular, affordable and accessible.
Our loyal clients return again and again, trusting us to find them works of art that are not only a sound financial investment but, more importantly, will give them and their families pleasure for generations to come.
The Founder
After 18 years in the IT industry, Doreen Pfeiffer decided to surround herself on a daily basis by photography that she loves which led to the establishment of The Cow Artworks in 2004.
When she’s not sourcing beautiful art for her clients, Doreen loves to travel, and enjoy socialising with close friends and family. Some of her favourite things are …
